Responsibilities
- Teach Kannada language for Grades 1 & 2 as per ICSE curriculum & school guidelines.
- Prepare simple, engaging lesson plans suitable for young learners.
- Conduct oral/written assessments and maintain student progress records.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs, meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Graduate with B.Ed. / D.El.Ed or equivalent (Kannada specialization preferred).
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (ICSE experience desirable).
- Good communication skills and a child-centric teaching approach.
Skills Required
- Strong command of the Kannada language (spoken & written).
- Patience, empathy and effective classroom-management skills.
- Creative teaching methods and ability to engage young learners.
- Basic computer knowledge
