Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi ICSE and Cambridge Primary curriculum standards.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate language lessons.
- Build foundational reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
- Prepare worksheets, activities, and assessments; maintain student records.
- Create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, cultural programs and staff meetings.
- Support the overall academic and emotional development of young learners.
Qualifications
- Graduate with B.Ed / D.El.Ed (Hindi specialization preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience teaching Hindi in primary grades.
- Experience with Cambridge or ICSE curriculum (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and a child-centric approach.
Skills Required
- Excellent command of Hindi (spoken, written, grammar).
- Ability to design creative learning activities for young children.
- Classroom management and lesson-planning skills.
- Patience, empathy and enthusiasm for working with early learners.
- Basic computer skills.
