Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students regarding academic choices, university selection, career pathways, and skill development.
- Conduct aptitude assessments, interest mapping, and psychometric tests when required.
- Guide students through the complete university application cycle, including course shortlisting, documentation, SOP/LOR preparation, and deadlines.
- Maintain updated knowledge of educational trends, emerging career options, and global university admission requirements.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and information sessions for students and parents.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and career mentors to support student development.
- Maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
- Assist in career fairs, university visits, and related school/college events.
- Provide emotional and motivational support to students as they navigate career-related stress or confusion.
