2. Franchise Social Media Setup & Onboarding for Meta – Instagram and Facebook

Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners' social media queries, offering quick resolutions for issues related to account access, engagement, content strategy, and platform best practices, while providing personalized support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth social media operations through Meta Support if necessary
4. Set specific Goals and objectives for Social Media KPIs and plan on achieving the same Monthon-Month
5. Use Meltwater or experience with social media listening tools to track partner usage, engagement, brand reach, and the impact of franchise social media handles. Regularly report on growth metrics, adoption trends, and identify strategies to boost engagement for for franchise partners
6. Develop and execute smart practical project plans to increase franchise social media adoption and activity levels across partner accounts
7. Provide best practices, training, and content ideas to enhance their online presence. Influence senior stakeholders to drive consistency and quality in franchise social media strategy.
8. Design and deliver structured training programs for franchise partners at different levels. Conduct workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to enhance social media proficiency
9. Collaborate with other teams, like brand, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
10. Additionally the candidate will moonlight for Influencer Marketing and will need to Identify Content Creators & Influencers to create high-quality content for the companies social media presence
