Key Responsibilities

1. Teach English grammar, literature, writing, and communication skills.
2. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and curriculum-based assessments.
3. Conduct interactive teaching sessions to build vocabulary and comprehension.
4. Evaluate student progress with regular tests and assignments.
5. Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
6. Support weak students with remedial classes when needed.
7. Encourage reading habits and literary creativity through activities.
8. Maintain discipline and follow school academic guidelines.
