Role: School HR Lead
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the school environment.
- Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution as needed, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to staff.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Promote and encourage continuous learning and growth within the school community.
