Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling to students across age groups
Address emotional, behavioral, academic, and social concerns
Conduct counselling sessions, assessments, and follow-ups
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school management to support student development
Identify students requiring additional support and make appropriate referrals
Maintain confidential student records and counselling documentation
Conduct workshops on mental health, career guidance, stress management, and life skills
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
M.A. in Psychology (Mandatory)
Minimum 3–5 years of counselling experience in a school or educational institution
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in basic computer applications and digital record-keeping
