This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in Hyderabad. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons, designing and updating the curriculum, and delivering quality education tailored to early childhood learning. The individual will foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment, effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff, and ensure the physical and emotional well-being of the children.
- Strong foundations in Lesson Planning, Curriculum Development, and Early Childhood Education.
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with young children, parents, and team members.
- Experience working with Kindergarten-age children and understanding of their developmental needs.
- Passion for fostering a nurturing and inspiring learning environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Prior experience in a teaching role, particularly with preschool or kindergarten-aged children, is highly desirable.
- Ability to lead and manage a classroom while ensuring safety, creativity, and learning.
