Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in Pune. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, developing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising young children during activities, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment and effective communication with parents about their child's progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Background in Early Childhood Education and experience in Kindergarten teaching
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging and safe learning environments
- Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical practices for preschoolers
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience working as a preschool or kindergarten teacher is a plus
