Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will treat placement as a B2B Sales function—identifying "clients" (employers), pitching LPU talent, and closing "deals" (recruitment drives).

Key Responsibilities:
- Build a robust pipeline of hiring partners and convert them into long-term recruitment collaborators.
- Secure quality placement and internship opportunities specifically for above mentioned discipline students.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with corporate partners to ensure repeat hiring.
- Stay updated on industry trends in the creative and social sectors to advise academic departments on curriculum alignment and employability.
- Organize and execute campus recruitment drives, industry guest lectures, and corporate networking events.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Master’s degree in related discipline (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven track record in Corporate Sales/ B2B/ Business Development, and a Reputed University Placement Cell.
- Deep understanding of the hiring landscape in mentioned disciplines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong existing network within the relevant sectors is a significant advantage.
