We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable IIT Foundation Faculty to teach Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry to Grades 6–10. The role focuses on building strong conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and early competitive exam orientation for students aspiring to IIT Foundation and other national-level exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach subject-specific concepts (Physics / Mathematics / Chemistry) aligned with IIT Foundation curriculum
- Build strong fundamentals through concept-based teaching, problem-solving, and application-oriented learning
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments
- Introduce students to logical reasoning, numerical ability, and competitive exam mindset
- Track student progress and provide regular academic feedback
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial classes when required
- Maintain discipline and create an engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve curriculum delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry related field
- B.Ed. or teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong command over subject fundamentals and problem-solving techniques
Experience
- 0–5 years of teaching experience in IIT Foundation, competitive exam coaching
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply
