Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day library operations efficiently.
- Organize, classify, and maintain books, journals, and digital resources.
- Assist students and staff in locating and using library materials.
- Maintain accurate catalogues and records of all library assets.
- Ensure a quiet, disciplined, and student-friendly environment.
- Plan and coordinate library-based activities or reading programs.
- Monitor book issues, returns, fines, and stock updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase of new books and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the library.
- Support academic staff in resource reviews and curriculum needs.
