THE OPPORTUNITY

You won't be a traditional teacher. You'll be a Learning Coach who:
- Facilitates personalised learning paths within the DP framework
- Coaches students through TOK, CAS, and EE with genuine mentorship
- Designs inquiry-based experiences, not lecture-based lessons

- History (HL/SL)
Group 4 (Sciences):
- Biology (HL/SL)
- Chemistry (HL/SL)
- Physics (HL/SL)
- Environmental Systems & Societies (SL)
Group 5 (Mathematics):
- Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches (HL/SL)
- Mathematics: Applications & Interpretation (HL/SL)
Group 6 (The Arts):
- Visual Arts (HL/SL)
Plus: TOK facilitators, CAS coordinators, EE supervisors
✅ YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:
Essential:
- 3+ years IB DP teaching experience (specific subject HL/SL)
- Deep understanding of IB assessment criteria & moderation
- Master's degree in subject area (preferred)
- IB Category 1-3 workshops completed (or willingness to complete)
- Passionate about inquiry-based, student-centered learning
Bonus:
- Experience as EE supervisor or TOK facilitator
- IB examiner experience
- Taught in international/progressive education settings
- Comfortable integrating educational technology
