Position Overview:
We are inviting applications for the position at our Cambridge/IB School in Kondapur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about child-centric education and experienced in international curriculum frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Homeroom Teacher in managing day-to-day classroom activities
- Assist in lesson delivery as per IB/Cambridge curriculum guidelines
- Help in planning and implementing engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences
- Monitor student progress and support differentiated learning needs
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Coordinate with subject teachers, parents, and school leadership
- Assist in student assessments, documentation, and reports
- Participate in school events, trainings, and professional development programs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
- Experience in IB / Cambridge curriculum will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in English
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital teaching tools
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience
