Shazam Sports is hiring a Head – HR who can own, build, and scale the people function in a startup environment.

Performance & Culture
- Goal setting, performance reviews & feedback systems
- Culture of accountability, ownership & professionalism
- Manpower planning & org structure with founders
People Analytics
- Track attrition, hiring cost, productivity & engagement
- Convert HR data into actionable leadership insights
- Solve people problems using data, not just policies
- 3–5 years HR experience (startup exposure preferred)
- Strong ownership mindset & execution ability
- Hands-on recruitment via LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri
- Payroll, compliance & grievance management experience
- Comfortable working with minimal hand-holding
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Passion for sports = bonus
📍 Delhi–NCR | On-site + Hybrid
Salary : Up to ₹45,000/month
