Key Requirements and Skillsets:
- Manage end-to-end finance including accounting, AP/AR, invoicing, monthly closures, venue-level P&Ls (1000+ venues), and build scalable processes
- MIS—create dashboards, reports, and analyses for founders; provide insights, track performance, and support business decisions
- Handle GST, TDS, and basic direct/indirect tax matters; engage with venue owners on taxation and invoicing; identify GST-saving opportunities
- Strengthen controls and financial workflows; set up SOPs across accounting, AP/AR and audit support.
- Partner closely with founders, contribute to business meetings, support venue/vendor deals with data-backed insights, and support operational finance
- 4 to 9 yrs of relevant work experience.
