The Head of Transport Department is responsible for managing safe, reliable, and compliant
transportation services for students and staff. This includes overseeing fleet operations, drivers,
attendants, routes, vehicle compliance, parent communication, and alignment with Telangana
RTA and school safety norms.
Transport Operations Management
- Oversee daily bus operations and route execution.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop schedules.
- Monitor GPS tracking and route adherence.
- Manage delays, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
- Coordinate with transport staff, admin, and school leadership.

Skills & Competencies Required
* Strong leadership and team management.
* Knowledge of Telangana RTA norms.
* Proficiency in GPS dashboards, Excel, and ERP.
* Crisis handling and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication in English; Telugu/Hindi preferred.
