Kai Early Years is seeking a motivated and dedicated Daycare Teacher / Early Years Facilitator to support children aged 1 to 6 years. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s intellectual, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
- Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and early problem-solving skills
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of care, safety, and ethical practice
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)
- Strong alignment with the Kai Purpose and values
- Genuine passion for holistic child development
- Compassionate, patient, and caring approach to teaching
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
