Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assists Principal in developing and implementing ASPIRE’s academic enrichment programs.
• Coordinates faculty and staff requests for classroom/program supplies, curriculum materials, AV equipment, and meeting spaces.
• Fosters and maintains positive relationships with school campus coordinators and external program partners.
• Maintains program documentation including calendars, lesson plans, and contact lists.
• Monitors faculty and tutor work hours for supervision and budgeting.
• Collaborates with staff to align student needs and after-school enrichment efforts.
• Communicates with students and families regarding ASPIRE program activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• 3–7 years experience in project/program management or physical education.
• Preferred background in sports or related activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
