Job description & requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the process of admission right form the point of a walk-in or telephonic enquiry to the final admission
  2. Prepare Admission folders, separately for the Pre-school section, for the use of the Admission counsellors: this will contain the following:
  3. Information about the infrastructure and other facilities at the school
  4. Affiliation with the board: why we have selected a particular board achieved or applied or plan to apply
  5. Advantages of the chosen education board to the students
  6. How we adapt the board guidelines t our system and make it more valuable as compared to any other school that just TEACHES the course
  7. Our achievements as a company, school, students
  8. Brief profile of: Lina, Principal, main teaching staff
  9. Activities over the past year
  10. Comments by our parents, students, visitors, where our students have visited
  11. Fee structure.
  12. Conversions:

Maintain a database of all the enquiries, that is updated daily

Prepare an analysis of the following:

Mode of enquiries: walk ins, telephonic

Geographic – PIN code analysis

  1. Reason of NIs
  2. · Daily presentation of the previous days report with the Principal and strategies on improvements
  3. · Conceptualize events that can attract more footfalls to the school
  4. · Provide daily update to the Accounts on the following:
  5. number of admissions
  6. total fee collected
  7. any discounts offered – (with a prior approval from the Principal)
  8. payment schedule
  9. Follow-up with previous NIs and call for second round of counselling
  10. Develop a well decorated room for the counselling purpose, if possible as a model classroom
  11. Maintain a stock of admission stationary to avoid overstocking or out-of-stock
  12. Ensure smooth functioning of the admission process for the school
  13. Contribute to the School’s Values being understood, accepted and practiced; and
  14. Undertake other duties as directed by the Principal
  15. KEY RESULT ACCOUNTABILITIES
  16. · Preparation of the Admission folder before the admission season.
  17. · Admission Counsellors trained to handle enquires and objection handling
  18. · Regular presentation of the daily reports to the Principal
  19. · Improvement of the Admission process in terms of conversions,
  20. · All crises situations in the School regarding the admission are coordinated effectively;
