Job description:

1. DTP & Documentation Work

 Prepare and design official documents, circulars, notices, certificates, and reports.

 Handle typing, formatting, scanning, and printing of school documents.

 Create presentations, worksheets, and academic materials as required.

2. SARAL & Online Portal Management

 Update and maintain data on the SARAL portal and other education department websites.

 Upload student, staff, and school-related information accurately.

 Ensure timely submission of required reports and records.

3. Marathi & English Typing

 Perform accurate Marathi and English typing for official correspondence.

 Draft letters, applications, and government communication.

 Maintain bilingual documentation as required.

4. Education Department Coordination

 Handle all work related to the Education Department.

 Prepare and submit compliance reports.

 Coordinate for inspections, audits, and official visits.

 Maintain records of government circulars and guidelines.

5. Administrative Support

 Maintain files, registers, and office records.

 Assist in admissions, examinations, and student records.

 Support school staff with administrative tasks.

 Handle office correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
