Special Educator

Role Overview:Euro School – Kharadi is seeking a compassionate and experienced **Special Educator** to provide tailored educational services to students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to inclusive learning.---Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and provide developmentally appropriate educational services for students with learning differences• Conduct assessments in areas such as academics, behavior, social skills, and physical development• Create and maintain individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, psychologists, and parents to ensure cohesive student development• Supervise and guide teacher assistants assigned to support children with special needs• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational laws like IDEA and FAPE• Continuously update knowledge on best practices in special education through ongoing professional development• Prepare lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each student and implement classroom modifications where required• Monitor students’ progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment within the school---Qualifications & Experience:• B.Ed. in Special Education• 1–3 years of classroom or special education experience preferred• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of educational law and individual program planning• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
