Middle School English Teacher

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for middle school students.Teach grammar, literature, reading comprehension, writing, and spoken English.Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.Develop lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress with parents.Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.Ensure timely completion of academic records, report cards, and other documentation.Required QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in English.B.Ed is mandatory.Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools is an added advantage.
