Key Responsibilities:Identify and assess students with special educational needsDevelop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)Provide academic and behavioral support to studentsWork closely with teachers, counsellors, and parents to ensure inclusive educationAdapt teaching methods and learning materials based on individual needsMonitor student progress and maintain detailed documentationConduct parent meetings and provide regular feedbackSupport school initiatives related to inclusive education and student well-beingRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in PsychologyB.Ed in Special Education ORDiploma in Special Education (will also be considered)
