Key Responsibilities:Curriculum DeliveryPlan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons in Mathematics and Science as per ICSE syllabus.Integrate theoretical concepts with practical applications to enhance student understanding.Employ innovative teaching methodologies, experiments, and problem‑solving techniques.Laboratory & Practical WorkConduct science practical sessions in compliance with ICSE standards.Ensure safety protocols and proper use of laboratory equipment.Guide students in project work, experiments, and investigatory activities.Student EngagementEncourage participation in mathematics and science clubs, competitions, and exhibitions.Support students in developing logical reasoning, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.Compliance & AdministrationAdhere to institutional policies and ICSE guidelines.Uphold discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics.Contribute to school events, academic fairs, and co‑curricular activities.Qualifications & ExperienceFull time Graduation/ Post Graduation in Mathematics or Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) with B.Ed. (mandatory).Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level preferred.Strong knowledge of ICSE curriculum and examination requirements.Proficiency in digital teaching tools and modern classroom technology.Skills & CompetenciesStrong subject knowledge in both Mathematics and Science.Effective classroom management and communication skills.Ability to design creative lesson plans and practical activities.Commitment to student development and institutional values.
