ACADEMIC OPERATIONS MANAGER

1. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by:  Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training  Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets Assisting in hiring franchise staff. 2. To ensure academic excellence by:  Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level. JOB DESCRIPTION – ACADEMIC OPERATIONS MANAGER Experience and Qualification Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.
