Academic Operations Manager

We are hiring an Academic Operations Manager for a leading education organisation.

The role will be responsible for driving academic excellence across franchise partners by familiarising educators with the organisation's learning philosophy, training them on products and programs, and facilitating effective curriculum implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate franchise effectiveness through pre-service and in-service training for partners.

• Conduct equipment training, franchise induction programs and teacher training.

• Build strong relationships with partners and support implementation of key academic initiatives.

• Train education centres across India and international markets.

• Assist in hiring franchise staff.

• Conduct regular training at franchise and cluster levels to ensure academic excellence.

• Measure and improve satisfaction levels of internal and external stakeholders through parent orientation programs, workshops and other interactive sessions.

• Conduct teacher workshops and provide educators with feedback based on classroom observations.

• Collaborate in planning, designing and implementing teaching modules.

• Undertake quality checks to evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum implementation.

• Coordinate with special-needs teams to support teachers in delivering successful sessions.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience

• Graduate with ECCE, Montessori or NTT training.

• 3–4 years of pre-primary teaching experience.

• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric and service-oriented approach.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in training delivery.

• Proficiency in technology.

• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

• Agile and adaptable approach to work.

• Strong execution and coordination skills.
