DeploymentSupport deployment planning by assessing teacher readiness, domain alignment, and capacity requirements.Identify risks and constraints while tracking training and mentoring completion. 2. TrainingDesign, update and deliver teacher training resources aligned with academic standards and partner requirements.Monitor training effectiveness and prepare reports for internal and external communication. 3. MentoringManage structured mentoring support for new teachers during onboarding.Support mentors and act as escalation point for teacher concerns. 4. Quality AssuranceConduct live session audits, evaluations, and grading reviews.Identify recurring quality gaps and recommend retraining interventions. 5. Teacher EngagementSupport teacher recruitment and lifecycle management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent teacher experience.
