Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher Recruitment specialist located in Pune. The role involves identifying, interviewing, and hiring qualified teaching professionals to meet the standards of IWS. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic leaders, understanding staffing needs, creating job postings, conducting screenings, and organizing hiring events. Additionally, the role may involve managing candidate onboarding and aligning recruitment strategies to the school’s educational philosophy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Teacher Recruitment, Education, and Training
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in educational recruitment or a related field
- Familiarity with educational standards and guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Human Resources, or a related area
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
