Job Role: PYP, MYP & IBDP Teachers (International Baccalaureate)(IB)
Location: Ansal Sushant City, Lucknow
Overview:
We are seeking qualified and IB-trained educators to join our founding IB teaching team. We invite applications from PYP, MYP, and IBDP Teachers who are committed to inquiry-based, student-centred learning and international-mindedness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inquiry-based lessons aligned with IB philosophy and frameworks (PYP, MYP, or DP).
- Foster the IB Learner Profile, Approaches to Learning (ATL), and international-mindedness.
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments in line with IB expectations.
- Collaborate in curriculum planning, unit design, and interdisciplinary learning.
- Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Participate actively in IB professional development, training, and school authorization processes.
- Work collaboratively with CBSE and IB teams to ensure a smooth transition to IB practices.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- Recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed / PGCE / equivalent).
- IB Category Training (Category 1 / 2 / 3) in PYP, MYP, or DP – is a prerequisite.
- Prior IB classroom teaching experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of IB pedagogy, assessment practices, and learner-centred instruction.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and reflective practice skills.
