Job Overview :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Geography Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, experience teaching across middle and high school grades, and familiarity with ICSE/IGCSE/ISC/IB or similar curricula.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a school, preferably in ICSE/IGCSE/ISC/IB or similar curriculum.
- Strong academic background in Geography.
- Experience teaching Grade 6 to Grade 12 preferred.
- Post-Graduation in Geography (mandatory).
- B.Ed. qualification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ICSE/Cambridge curriculum is essential.
- Tech-savvy and capable of supporting the Lead Educator in administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the duties of an Educator/Teacher under the direction of the HOD/School Principal.
- Promote the aims, objectives, and educational philosophy of the school.
- Teach Geography across middle school and high school, including examination classes.
- Develop, plan, and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences.
- Inspire, engage, and enthuse students in the subject.
- Foster independent and collaborative, student-led learning.
- Maintain high standards of classroom learning environments and resources.
- Use technology effectively to deliver curriculum content.
- Monitor student progress and ensure strong academic outcomes for all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to raise academic standards.
- Support school initiatives and contribute to the overall academic culture.
- Assist the Lead Educator in academic and administrative tasks.
- Enforce high standards of discipline and encourage students to achieve their full potential.
