- A bachelor‘s degree in economics or a related field. A master‘s degree or higher is preferred.
- Proven experience in teaching economics, preferably within the IB Diploma Programme or a comparable international curriculum.
- Strong knowledge of economic theories, concepts, and applications, with expertise in both microeconomics and macroeconomics.
- Familiarity with the IB Economics curriculum, assessment practices, and subject-specific requirements.
- Excellent instructional and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Technological proficiency to integrate educational technologies effectively.
