About Nestology

Nestology is building a 360-degree developmental ecosystem for children aged 0–3 years. We combine Montessori principles, neuroscience, structured milestone tracking, coaching, and home environment design to support families during the most formative years of life.

We are not a content company. We are a guided developmental system.

The Montessori Family Coach is the first line of developmental guidance for parents.

  • Support parents with environment setup, routines, behavior understanding, and milestone tracking

  • Work with content, AI, and product teams to improve developmental frameworks
  • Flag recurring parental challenges for curriculum refinement

Who You Are

  • Deep understanding of 0–3 development (movement, language, toileting, independence, attachment)

  • Emotionally regulated and professional

Must Have

  • Formal Montessori training (0–3 preferred)
